It is my pleasure to welcome you to Irish Culture Events Berlin, Berlin’s new online platform for Irish events taking place across the city. Ireland and Germany have a very strong relationship with deep-rooted political, economic and cultural ties. There is a strong interest in particular in Germany in our Irish culture; our music, our literature, our theatre, our sport, our language.
ICE Berlin was built to give you an overview of all the many varied Irish cultural events taking place each month across Berlin. We hope that this website, which is a co-initiative of the Embassy, various Irish associations, artists as well as private initiatives and business, will strengthen the awareness of what’s on in Berlin from an Irish perspective and in turn strengthen the links between Ireland and Berlin.
